Pelvic health concerns rarely exist in isolation. Pain, pressure, leakage, digestive changes, fatigue, nervous system symptoms, and other seemingly unrelated issues can all be pieces of a much bigger picture.
At Intuitive Therapies & Pelvic Health, I take a whole-person approach to care, looking beyond individual symptoms to understand how your pelvic health, nervous system, connective tissue, movement, lifestyle, and overall well-being may be interconnected.
Whether you're navigating pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy or postpartum recovery, hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS, MCAS, chronic pain, or a combination of complex symptoms, you'll find individualized care designed to help you better understand your body and move forward with greater confidence.

Hi, I’m Nicole
For years, I was the therapist helping others while quietly navigating my own complex health journey behind the scenes. Chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and eventually diagnoses of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) and POTS gave me an entirely different perspective on what it means to live in a body that doesn’t always make sense
And it changed the way I practice.
After more than 14 years as an occupational therapist, I’ve learned that symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Pelvic health, connective tissue, the nervous system, movement, daily habits, and life experiences are deeply interconnected, especially for those navigating complex or chronic conditions.
I founded Intuitive Therapies & Pelvic Health to create the kind of care I wished existed when I was searching for answers myself.
My approach combines clinical expertise with lived experience to look beyond individual symptoms, connect the dots, and help you better understand your body. Because I believe some of the most meaningful healing happens when you finally feel heard, begin to understand the bigger picture, and have the right tools and support to move forward.
At Intuitive Therapies & Pelvic Health,
we believe in thriving, not just surviving.
Here’s how we help:
Manage pain naturally
Living with EDS or other chronic conditions can often mean navigating a landscape of chronic pain and multi-systemic symptoms. Together, we’ll develop a comprehensive plan tailored to your specific needs.
Eliminate urinary or bowel concerns
Urinary urgency/frequency, overactive bladder, constipation, and incontinence are various issues that may occur with pelvic floor dysfunction. Our approach and strategies provide you with the tools you need to eliminate symptoms - no matter how long it’s been.
Feel like yourself again
Navigating chronic illness or pelvic health issues can be physically and emotionally taxing. We won't just give you exercises and send you off. We provide personalized pelvic floor therapy to help you move pain-free, feel less overwhelmed, and be more confident in your body.
Discover the Intuitive Therapies & Pelvic Health Difference: Where Expert Care Meets Personal Touch
At Intuitive Therapies & Pelvic Health, we offer a unique healing experience. Here's why we stand out:
✦ Expertise in Pelvic Health & Chronic Illness: We specialize in treating pelvic health concerns within the context of complex, chronic conditions like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), POTS, and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). Our approach is shaped not only by clinical expertise, but by lived experience navigating these conditions. This brings a level of nuance, validation, and depth that is often missing in traditional care.
✦ Whole-Body Approach:Your symptoms don’t exist in isolation, and your care shouldn’t either. We look beyond the pelvic floor to address the systems that influence it, including fascia, the nervous system, breathing patterns, and functional movement. This allows us to uncover root cause contributors and create more sustainable, meaningful change.
✦ Longer Sessions for Individualized Care: Your story deserves more than a quick appointment. That’s why we offer extended sessions, including 90-minute+ evaluations and 60-minute treatments, to give you the time and attention needed to truly understand your body and create a plan that works.
✦ A Welcoming Healing Space:Your body holds more than just physical tension. Our calming space is designed just for you. We practice trauma-informed care and prioritize safety and consent to ensure each session meets you where you are with respect and care.
✦ Empowering You with Knowledge: Knowledge is one of the most powerful tools in healing. We take the time to help you understand your body - not just what’s happening, but why. Through clear education and guided practice, you’ll gain the confidence to make informed choices, apply strategies between sessions, and take an active role in your recovery.
✦ Specialized Care That Translates to Real Life: We offer specialized and effective treatments, including advanced manual therapy techniques and lifestyle strategies rooted in lived experience. We work hard to build your healing “toolbox” so progress can continue long after each session ends.

Ready to Get Started?
Dr. Nicole is currently accepting new patients with limited availability for in-person evaluations. Because she intentionally maintains a small clinical caseload, new evaluations may be booking several weeks to a few months in advance.
When you schedule your evaluation, we highly recommend reserving several follow-up visits at the same time. Nicole’s schedule tends to fill well in advance, and booking ahead helps ensure we have the consistency and flexibility needed to support your plan of care.
Not sure how many visits you'll need?
That's okay. Your treatment plan will be individualized based on what we uncover during your evaluation, and appointments you no longer need can always be cancelled within the practice's cancellation policy.
New patient appointments are limited, so scheduling ahead is the best way to secure your space for both your evaluation and ongoing care.
